staff at the conclusion of the inspection.

Areas examined during this inspection are described in the enclosed

inspection

report.

Within these

areas',

the inspection consisted of selective

examinations of procedures

and representative

records,

interviews with

personnel,

and observations

by the inspectors.

No deficiencies

or violations of NRC requirements

were identified within the

scope of this inspection;

however,

one exercise

weakness

was identified.

The

exercise

weakness

is discussed

in Section

6 of the attached

report.

The

inspection findings indicate

a need for you to examine the effectivene'ss

of

your corrective action program to prevent issues

from recurring.

Sections

6,

7 and

9 of the attached

report describe five issues that were identified

during previous

NRC inspections.

In accordance

with 10 CFR 2.790(a),
