REVISION 3, CHANGE 10 TO THE DIABLO CANYON EMERGENCY PLAN We have completed our review of Revision 3, Change 10 to the Diablo Canyon Emergency Plan submitted by PG&E Letter No. DCL-90-126, dated May 14, 1990, in accordance with the provisions of 10 CFR 50.54(q).
The results of our review were discussed during an October ll, 1990, telephone conversation between Ms.

Good, of my staff, and Messrs.

Waage and W. Keyworth, of your staff.
None of the issues discussed required immediate correction;
- however, we understand your staff will address our points in the next revision of your plan.
Our review indicates that your plan, as changed, continues to meet the standards in 10 CFR 50.47(b) and the requirements of 10 CFR Part 50, Appendix E.
