PROPOSED INTAKE PROTECTED AREA SECURITY PROGRAM MODIFICATIONS AT DIABLO CANYON POWER PLANT Based on the presentation by your staff, on October 18, 1988, of the proposed intake protected area security program modifications and your submittal on November 18, 1988 of the design modification to resolve the issue of the Auxiliary Saltwater pipe protection at Diablo Canyon Power Plant, our staff concludes that the entire proposal meets the criteria for submittal pursuant to 10 CFR 50.54(p).
