you have taken to correct the items which we brought to your
attention.
The actions you describe
in your June 6, 1988, letter regarding
Item A of the
subject Notice of Violation, on cleanliness
controls will be evaluated
in
conjunction with your response
to a subsequent
apparent violation regarding
ineffective, corrective actions
on the
same general
program area.
This
subsequent,
apparent violation was described
to you in the exit interview of
May 28, 1988,
and issued with Inspection Report 50-275/88-11
on June
17,
1988.
Your corrective actions for Notice of Violation on items
B and
C, dealing with
overpressurizing
the
RCOT and with calculational
errors in determining the
reactor vessel
vent path, will be verified in a future inspection.
