Dear Ms. Chin:
Consistent with you telephone requests to me on January 28 and 30,
- 1985, we are returning PGLE's Check No. 0985767 dated January 16 for $150 which was received by us with the January 24, 1985 letter that was filed as Revision 1 to Request 84-11.
Your basis for wanting us to return the check was that the
$150 application fee was paid with your basic Request 84-11 dated December 6, 1984.
Consequently, an additional application fee was not due to be remitted with Revision 1 to the request.
