'j Site SLO-2 was determined by the Keeper to be eligible for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places on December 14, 1982 and now requited a

determination of effect to be made.

The NRC requests that you follow the steps presented in 36CFR 800.3 and 36CFR 800.4 in developing the information.

Upon receipt of the information, the NRC, in consultation

>vith the State Historical Preservation Office, will complete the determiridtion of effect process.
