As discussed by Mr. Haass of our staff with your Mr. Dick on November 18, 1982 we find that a clarification is needed as to which gA program (modified Bechtel or PG&E FSAR) will be applied to what specific Project activities.
Me request that you make the necessary changes in the section "Scope of Responsibility".
Me also request that you clearly state in the section which elements of the activities listed are the responsibility of the Project completion effort.
