Teledyne Engineering Services, IDVP Semi-tIonthly Report, September 24, 1982.
2.
Teledyne Engineering Services, Program Plan for Construction guality Assurance Audit, September 25, 1982.
Enclosure 1 provides information on the status of activities performed under the Independent Design Verification Program - Phase I and Phase II by all IDVP organizations.
Enclosure 2 presents the program plan for an audit of the quality assurance program of Diablo Canyon Unit 1 construction activities and the implementation of tt>e program.
This gA audit was dfscussed by Pacific Gas and Electric Company at.a meeting with the NRC on September 1,
1982 (See Board Notification 82-95).
The information is relevant to the safety issue on the design adequacy of Diablo Canyon Unit 1.
This is the subject of Commission Order CLI-81-30 whfct> is the basis for the IDVP.
