We have reviewed your letter of August 8, 1984 regarding proposed changes to the post fuel loading initial test program which you submitted in accordance with the Diablo Canyon Facility Operating License DPR-76 for Unit 1, paragraph 2.C.(3).

Based on our review of the proposed changes and their justification we find the changes acceptable.

We consider these changes to be minor with respect to paragraph 2.C(3) of the license and, therefore, no further action is required.
