Dear Mr. Schuyler:
This will acknowledge receipt of your August 31, 1984 letter to Mr. John B.
Martin that transmitted the annual emergency exercise scenario manual for the 1984 Diablo Canyon Emergency Preparedness exercise.
We have examined the scenario and it appears to provide the situations necessary to meet the previously agreed to exercise objectives (reference August 22, 1984 letter to Warren Fujimoto from M. D. Schuster).
In addition we have contacted FEMA, Region IX and they have no questions at this time.
