The Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation has issued Supplement No. 22 to the Safety Evaluation Report concerning your application for operating licenses for the Diablo Canyon Nuclear Power Station, Units 1 and 2.
This supplement concerns the review of allegations and concerns about the design, construction, and operation of Diablo Canyon identified to the NRC as of March 9, 1984, except for the recently submitted 2.206 petition by GAP and its supplement.
