This is to acknowledge receipt of the December 1982 Revision 1 of the San Luis Obispo County Nuclear Power Plant Emergency
Response
Plan (Controlled copy No. 80), which includes related implementing procedures.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) has the responsibility for reviewing and determining the adequacy of this emergency plan and the implementing procedures and any changes thereto.
FEMA will provide the NRC with written confirmation of the results of such evaluations.
You are reminded that the state and local agencies'mergency response plans and associated implementing procedures are considered, from a licensing standpoint, to be a part of your emergency plans that are required to be submitted to the NRC by 10 CFR 50.34.(b)(6)(v).
Therefore, you are responsible for assuring that the NRC is provided copies of any changes to these plans and procedures.
