Plan Implementing Procedures Updates
Dear Mr,
Engelken:
In accordance with Section V, "Implementing Procedures,"
of 10 CFR 50, Appendix E, we are submitting one copy of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Corporate Emergency
Response
Plan as listed on Attachment 1 'Controlled Document Transmittal Sheet".
Included in this submittal are updated lists of the names and telephone numbers of individuals wit'h responsibi3:ity within the Corporate Emergency Organization.
Concurrently, two copies of each update are being submitted to the Document Control Desk.
Most updates contain privacy/proprietary information.
This privacy/proprietary information has been bracketed in accordance with NRC Generic Letter No. 81-27 and is identified on Attachment 2.
The attached updates are primarily lists of names and phone numbers of individuals with responsibility within the Corporate Emergency Organization.
They are made current.
quarterly in accordance with NUREG-0654 "Criteria for Preparati'on and Evaluation of Radiological Emergency
Response
Plans and Preparedness in Support of Nuclear Power Plants".
- However, the updates to these lists of names do not constitute a
prevision to the Implementing Procedures'herefore, future updates to these lists will only be forwarded to the NRC in con)unction with revisions to the Corporate Implementing Procedures.
