In accordance with Section V, "Implementing Procedures,"
of 10 CPR 50, Appendix E, we are submitting three copies of the updates to the detailed Implementing Procedures for the Diablo Canyon Power Plant Units 1 and 2 Emergency Plan as listed on Attachment 1.
Concurrently, ten copies of each update are being submitted to Mr. Harold R. Denton, Director of Nuclear Reactor Regulation.
Procedures EP G-3 and EP OR-1 contain privacy/proprietary information.
This privacy/proprietary information has been bracketed in accordance wi.th NRC Generic Letter No. 81-27 and is identified on Attachment 2.
