This letter replaces the three CD-ROMs provided in Enclosure 2 of NL-16-1575 (Reference

1) in its entirety.

The resubmittal correction is necessary because the Updated Final Safety Analysis Report included a design change that will not be implemented until the spring 2017 Unit 1 outage. This letter contains no NRC commitments.
