Denial of Amendment Request (TACS 60135/60136/60137 Enclosed for your information is a copy of a "Notice of Denial of Amend ments to Facility Operating Licenses and Opportunity for Hearing" related to a portion of your August 22, 1985, request for amendments to the oper ating licenses for Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2, and 3. The denied portion of the amendment would have revised Technical Specification Section 6.2.2 (Reportable Events) to include the Superintendent of Integrated Scheduling and Station Services Superintendent and also to make the section consistent with the Technical Specifications for the McGuire and Catawba Nuclear Stations.
The notice has been forwarded to the Office of the Federal Register for publication.
