By letter dated November 24, 2014, (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) Accession No. ML14335A623) Southern Nuclear Operating Company (SNC) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to adopt various previously approved Technical Specifications Task Force (TSTF) Travelers and two changes not associated with Travelers for Joseph M. Farley Nuclear Plant (FNP), Units 1 and 2.
TSTF-312, "Administrative Control of Containment Penetrations," was included in the November 24, 2014 LAR submittal, but was pulled from the larger submittal to be reviewed separately.
Due to recent events, SNC has decided to withdraw TSTF-312 from further NRC review.
