SHIFT TECHNICAL ADVISOR (STA) PROGRAM RE: Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 This letter is in response to your letter of January 20, 1984 sent to Harold Denton concerning the STA program at Oconee. We are pleased that Duke Power has agreed to implement a new STA program at Oconee by January 1, 1985, which will incorporate the NRC minimum qualifications for STA's.
As stated in your letter, we expect that an STA program document will be submitted by June 1, 1984, for our review. In the interim, the current STA program may remain in effect.
