changes as a result of actions taken in response to IE Bulletins79-05A and 79-05B.
Enclosed with that mamorandum was Duke -Power Ccnpany's letter dated May 25, 1979.
The attached letter, dated November 28, 1979, supplements it's letter of May 25.
