Dave, Please add the Internal Events PRA Quantification Notebook to the Davis-Besse NFPA 805 portal. The NRC staff found the system notebooks, but not the quantification notebook. Let me know when the document has been added to the portal and which folder it was placed in.

This document will be used to support the audit described in the NRCs letter to FENOC dated March 23, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16075A111).
