MILLSTONE POWER STATION, UNIT NO. 1 - ISSUANCE OF AMENDMENT RE:
ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES AND CORRECTIONS TO THE TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS (CAC NO. L53121)
Dear Mr. Heacock:
The Commission has issued the enclosed Amendment No.117 to Facility Operating License No. DPR-21 for the Millstone Power Station, Unit No. 1. This amendment is in response to your License Action Request (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS)
Accession No. ML14093A028) dated March 28, 2014, as supplemented by a letter dated May 23, 2016 (ADAMS Accession No. ML16153A234).
The amendment deletes the Technical Specification (TS) index and makes other editorial, corrective and minor changes to the TSs.
A copy of the related Safety Evaluation is also enclosed. Notice of Issuance will be included in the Commission's biweekly Federal Register notice.
In accordance with 10 CFR 2.390 of the NRCs Agency Rules of Practice and Procedure, a copy of this letter will be available electronically for public inspection in the NRC Public Document Room or from the Publicly Available Records component of NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS). ADAMS is accessible from the NRC Web site at http://www.nrc.gov/reading-rm/adams.html.
