MILLSTONE POWER STATION UNIT 1 SUPPLEMENT TO LICENSE AMENDMENT REQUEST FOR ADMINISTRATIVE CHANGES TO THE PERMANENTLY DEFUELED TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS By letter dated March 28, 2014, Dominion Nuclear Connecticut, Inc. (DNC) submitted a license amendment request (LAR) to revise the Millstone Power Station Unit 1 (MPS1) Permanently Defueled Technical Specifications (PDTSs). In that letter, DNC proposed to delete the Table of Contents section and make administrative changes to the PDTSs.

This supplement to the March 28, 2014 LAR replaces the marked-up Table of Contents section, which is being proposed for deletion, with a new Table of Contents page. The new marked-up page is attached.

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 CFR 50.92, the proposed change does not affect the conclusion of the Significant Hazards Consideration presented in the March 28, 2014 LAR.

In accordance with 10 CFR 50.91 (b), a copy of this supplement is being provided to the State of Connecticut.
