Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 Pursuant to 10 CFR 51.119, the Commission has requested the Office of the Federal Register to publish the enclosed "Environmental Assessment and Finding of No Significant Impact."

This notice is associated with your submittal of May 29, 1984, requesting approval to dispose of contaminated sand in trenches on a proposed site within the company controlled area. We have evaluated the procedures for the handling of the contaminated sand.
