SAFEGUARDS REGULATORY EFFECTIVENESS REVIEW AT OCONEE In my letter of March 14, 1984, I informed you that a Safeguards Regulatory Effectiveness Review (RER) had been tentatively scheduled for September 10-19, 1984, at your Oconee facility.
At the request of plant personnel, the Oconee RER is being postponed until early 1985 to allow complete integration of the Safe Shutdown Facility and full implementation of the site's final Physical Security Plan.
A new date will be arranged in discussions between members of your staff and Regional personnel.
