OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION UNIT 2 CONFIRMATORY ORDER We are in receipt of your letter of February 1, 1988, regarding the Oconee Nuclear Station Confirmatory Order of August 19, 1987.
We concur with your intention to test and evaluate the Reactor Building Cooling Unit (RBCU) and the Low Pressure Injection (LPI)
System coolers following cleaning and then have the coolers approved for full power operation by Region II prior to exceeding 5% power.
In accordance with the Oconee Confirmatory Orders of April 10, 1987 and August 19,
- 1987, upon acceptance of the RBCU and LPI cooler test data by Region. II you may request authorization to go to full power operation.
