DIFFERING PROFESSIONA VIEW ON THE IMPLEMENTATION OF BULLETIN 80-04 AT OCONEE Attached is a Differing Professional View (DPV) submitted by a Region II inspector. The DPV is in reference to NRR's acceptance of feedwater isolation valves modifications that are not safety-related and non-single failure proof.
These modifications were accepted as part of the actions taken by Duke Power Company in response to Bulletin 80-04.
Per our previous discussion, I am referring this DPV to you since the subject matter is under your office responsibilities.
