Docket No. 50-409 AMENDMENT TO INDEMNITY AGREEMENT NO. B-62 AMENDMENT NO. 8 Effective June 1, 2016, Indemnity Agreement No. B-62, between Dairyland Power Cooperative and the United States Nuclear Regulatory Commission, dated August 28, 1973, as amended, is hereby amended as follows:
Add the name "LaCrosseSolutions, LLC" wherever the name "Dairyland Power Cooperative" appears.
Item 1 of the Attachment to the indemnity agreement is modified by adding:
