The NRC Staff (Staff) has learned that the public (non-proprietary) version of the NRC Staff Testimony of Dr. Allen Hiser, Jeffrey Poehler, Dr. Ching Ng, and On Yee Regarding NYS-25, NYS-26B, AND NYS-38/RK-TC-5 (Ex. NRC000231), dated March 18, 2016, may contain proprietary information that inadvertently was not redacted prior to filing.

The Staff hereby requests that all persons in possession of the public (non-proprietary) version of the Staffs testimony (Ex. NRC000231) promptly destroy all copies in their possession. The Staff has requested that the NRCs Agencywide Documents Access and Management System (ADAMS) refrain from releasing the public (non-proprietary) version of the Staffs testimony to the public. The Staff will file a corrected version of the document as soon as possible. This error does not affect the proprietary version of the Staffs testimony, filed on March 18, 2016.

The Staff regrets any inconvenience this inadvertent error may have caused.
