SUMMARY

OF CLOSED MEETING WI THE U.S. NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION AND EX LON GENERATION COMPANY, LLC REGARDING SECURITY PLAN CHANGE FOR THE OYSTER CREEK NUCLEAR GENERATING STATION On February 3, 2016, a closed meeting was held between the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and representatives of Exelon Generation Company, LLC (Exelon) at NRC Headquarters, Three White Flint North, 11601 Landsdown Street, Rockville, Maryland. The purpose of the closed meeting was for the NRC and Exelon to discuss the security plan change at the Oyster Creek Nuclear Generating Station (Oyster Creek).

By letter dated December 14, 2015, Exelon submitted the security plan change in accordance with Title 1O of the Code of Federal Regulations, Part 50, Section 54(p )(2).

The meeting was kicked off with opening remarks by the NRC staff, followed by introductions of the attendees. A list of attendees is enclosed. The NRC staff provided a meeting notice on January 27, 2016 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML16015A140). The discussion of the physical security plan change at Oyster Creek contained safeguards information.

At this meeting, the NRC staff made no regulatory decisions regarding the merits of the physical security plan change at Oyster Creek. The meeting was adjourned at 12:15 p.m.
