Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) for review on December 19, 2014 and February 26, 2015 as documented in References 1 & 2. Following initial NRC review, a Request for Additional Information (RAI) regarding LTP referenced documents was discussed during a NRC conference call conducted on November 2, 2015.

The table in Enclosure 1 lists all references that have been requested by the NRC and, where applicable, identifies a previous submittal that provided the reference. Enclosure 1 also contains a PDF Preflight status identifying noncompliance issues with NRC electronic submittal guidance that could not be resolved due to the source of the information being submitted. All submitted information is in legible format. All listed references not previously provided are included on a CD in Enclosure 2.
