This letter acknowledges the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) receipt of licensee submittal of letters dated May 11, 2015, (ML15139A049) and August 7, 2015, (ML15224A370)
in the matter of unresolved item 05000269/2014007-05, 05000270/2014007-05, 05000287/
2014007-05, Potential Unanalyzed Condition Associated with Emergency Power System.
The NRC will review the above documents and will notify you of our findings in future correspondence.
In accordance with Title 10 of the Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 2.390 of the NRC's
