UNITED STATES NUCLEAR REGULATORY COMMISSION WASHINGTON, D.C. 20555-0001 October 23, 2015 Mr. Dean Curtland, Site Vice President c/o Mr. Michael Ossing Seabrook Station NextEra Energy Seabrook, LLC P.O. Box 300 Seabrook, NH 0387 4

SUBJECT:

SEABROOK STATION, UNIT NO. 1 -CORRECTION TO AMENDMENT NO. 150 REGARDING NOTE FOR REACTOR COOLANT SYSTEM SURVEILLANCE REQUIREMENTS (TAC NO. MF6478)

Dear Mr. Curtland:

On October 6, 2015 (Agencywide Documents Access and Management System Accession No. ML15231A144), the U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) issued Amendment No. 150 to Facility Operating License No. NPF-86 for the Seabrook Station, Unit No. 1 (Seabrook). The amendment modified Seabrook's Technical Specifications (TSs) to add a note to the Seabrook TS Surveillance Requirement 4.4.1.3, "Reactor Coolant System, Reactor Coolant Loops and Coolant Circulation, Hot Shutdown."

The NRC staff made an administrative error concerning the page 3 licensing page. The NRC staff provided a duplicate of page 3 with an incorrect amendment number. Please discard the page 3 that states the incorrect Amendment No. 151. Please retain the page 3 that states the correct Amendment No. 150.

This error does not have any bearing on the NRC staff's technical evaluation or conclusions.
