We have received a copy of your letter dated March 5, 1986, which was filed with the Office of Nuclear Reactor Regulation (ONRR). This letter transmitted copies of Oconee's Process Control Program and revisions to the Offsite Dose Calculation Manual for the Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3. It is our understanding that ONRR review of these documents is necessary. Consequently, this submittal is subject to the fee requirements of 10 CFR 170.,
Therefore, it is requested that your Company remit the application fee of $150 for your March 5 submittal.
Your Company will be billed for any additional costs for the review of this submittal in accordance with 10 CFR 170.12(c) and 170.21.
