Enclosed please find the State of New Yorks combined reply in support of its petition for interlocutory review of the July 20, 2015 Atomic Safety and Licensing Board order denying the States motion to withdraw the proprietary designation of various documents in this proceeding.
Todays submission replies to each of the answers filed by Entergy and NRC Staff, and to the proposed amicus curie brief submitted by non-party Westinghouse Electric Company LLC, filed on September 8, 2015, opposing the States petition.
