Dear Mr. McCollum:

This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. J. Weast of your staff and Mr. R. Carroll of this office on August 3, 1999, concerning a management meeting to be conducted on August 25, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the results of recent Duke Power Company fire endurance testing of penetration seals. The location of the meeting will be the Region II Office, 61 Forsyth Street, SW, Suite 24T20, Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
