This letter confirms the telephone conversation between Mr. J. E. Burchfield of your staff and Mr. R. E. Carroll of this office on July 8, 1999, concerning a management meeting to be conducted on July 30, 1999, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the status of open emergency feedwater inspection items and engineering initiatives.

The location of the meeting will be the Region II Office, 61 Forsyth Street, SW, Suite 24T20, Atlanta, Georgia. This meeting is an open meeting as per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
