MEETING ANNOUNCEMENT - OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION
Dear Mr. McCollum:
This letter confirms the telephone conversation between J. E. Burchfield of your staff and R. E. Carroll of this office on October 20, 1998, concerning two management meetings to be conducted on December 8, 1998, at the Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) RII Office, 61 Forsyth St., Suite 24T20, Atlanta, Georgia. The purpose of the first meeting, which will be from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., is to discuss NRC Management Oversight Group issues. Scheduled from 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m., the second meeting is being held to provide an update to the Oconee Recovery Plan. Both ofthese meetings will be open per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public; Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
