PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE - OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION (ONS)
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. W. W. Foster of your staff and Mr. C. R. Ogle of the NRC on May 28, 1998, concerning a predecisional enforcement conference requested by us, which has been scheduled for June 22, 1998, from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. The purpose of this conference is to discuss the expressed concerns and apparent violations associated with the borated water storage tank and reactor building emergency sump level indicators in all three Oconee units, as addressed in Inspection Report 50-269,270,287/98-12. The location of the conference will be at the Region II office, 61 Forsyth Street, S. W., Suite 24T20, Atlanta, Georgia. This will be an open meeting as per Section V of the "General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions," NUREG-1600.
