PREDECISIONAL ENFORCEMENT CONFERENCE OCONEE NUCLEAR STATION (ONS)
This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. J. E. Burchfield of your staff and Mr. C. R. Ogle of the NRC on April 16, 1998. concerning a predecisional enforcement conference requested by us, which has been scheduled for May 19, 1998, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 noon. The purpose of1this conference is to discuss the apparent violations associated with the Unit 1 and 2 control room ventilation system, as addressed in Inspection Report 50-269.270.287/98-03. The location of the conference will be at the Region II office, 61 Forsyth Street, S. W., Suite 24T20. Atlanta, Georgia. This will be an open meeting as per Section V of the "General Statement of Policy and Procedures for NRC Enforcement Actions." NUREG-1600.
