This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. J. Burchfield of your staff and Mr. R. Carroll of the NRC on March 31, 1998, concerning a management meeting to be conducted on April 22, 1998. at 1:30 p.m., at the Oconee Nuclear Station (Oconee Office Building, room 316). The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the charter of the NRC management oversight group assigned to keep abreast of Oconee recovery activities and emergent issues. This will be an open meeting per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20, 1994; 59 FR 48340).
