This letter confirms the conversation between Mr. B. Jones of your staff and Mr. C. Casto of this office on December 9, 1997, concerning a management meeting to be conducted in the Region II office, 61 Forsyth St. SW, Suite 24T65, Atlanta, Georgia, on January 12, 1998, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

The purpose of this meeting is to discuss concerns regarding communications between the NRC and the Oconee training staff. This will be a closed meeting per "Staff Meetings Open to the Public: Final Policy Statement" (September 20.
