OCONEE UNITS 1, 2. AND 3 This confirms the arrangements made between Mr. P. L. Gill of Duke Power Company and Mr. M. B. Shymlock of my staff concerning an enforcement conference to be conducted in the Region II office on November 8. 1989. at 9:00 a.m.
The purpose of the meeting will be to discuss recent problems associated with your program to control containment penetration testing following maintenance and/or modification. Specific areas we would like you to address are identified in the enclosure.
Should you have any questions regarding these arrangements. we will be pleased to discuss them.
