Dear Sir or Madam:

This letter submits Supplement 1 to Southern California Edison (SCE) letter dated November 12, 2014 (Reference 1) which submitted a License Amendment Request (LAR) to change the implemen~tation date fo~r the SONGS Cyber S~ecurity Plan, _Implementation_ Milestone 8.- ....

This Supplement, based on recent discussions with NRC and for consistency with recent precedents, proposes a slightly different change to the License Condition (Paragraph 2.E of Facility Operating License Nos. NPF-1 0 and NPF-1 5) than was included as part of the Reference 1 LAR. The proposed change to the License Condition also utilizes the most current version of the SONGS Units 2 and 3 Facility Operating License pages (i.e., issued as part of Amendments 230 and 223, respectively) and supersedes the changes in Reference 1.

This LAR will become effective upon issuance by the NRC. SCE intends to implement the approved amendment within a period of 30 days following issuance but no later than December 31, 2015.

There are no new regulatory commitments in this submittal.
