The Appendix A Technical Specifications for the Oconee Nuclear Station, Section 6.6.2.1, Reportable Occurrences, Subsection a, Prompt Notifi cation with Written Followup, do not contain all the provisions of Regu latory Guide 1.16; specifically, Item (9) of Section C.2.a is missing from the Oconee Technical Specifications. As noted in the Regulatory Guide, this item is intended to provide for reporting of potentially generic problems.
Pursuant to 10 CFR Part 50.36(c)(5), you are requested to submit an amendment to your licenses which will update your reporting requirements to those of Regulatory Guide 1.16, Revision 4. These requirements may be incorporated by reference. Your response is requested within sixty (60) days from the receipt of this letter.
