EA Your letter of January 4, 1978 as suppiemnnted July'17, 1979 requested a license amendment for the Oconee Nuclear Station regarding the area surrounding Warehouse No. 4.. Your posting of signs around the area bounded by a radiation dose of 0 0 mR/hr. is in compliance with 10 CFR Part 20.10'5(a)
(b)(1) and (b)(2).
-Section 3 of your license requires compliance with 10 CFR Part 20, 'and as your actions are-in compliance with Part 20 no asandment to your license, nor an exemption to-Part 20 is necessary.

Your letter of January 4, 1978 as supplemented July 17, 1979 requested a license amendment for the Oconee Nuclear Station regarding the area surrounding Warehouse No. 4. Your posting of signs around the area bounded by a radiation dose of 0.05 mR/hr. is in compliance with 10 CFR Part 20.105(a), (b)(1) and (b)(2).
Section 3 of your license requires compliance with 10 CFR Part 20, and as your actions are in compliance with Part 20 no amendment to your license, nor an exemption to Part 20 is necessary.
