OF MEETING HELD ON DECEMBER 3, 1992, WITH THE BABCOCK AND WILCOX OWNERS GROUP On December 3, 1992, NRC staff members met in Rockville, Maryland, with the Babcock and Wilcox (B&W).Owners Group. The NRC staff has now completed its evaluation and concluded that with appropriate plant procedure changes based on the B&W analyses, this issue is resolved (enclosure 2).
