Oconee Nuclear Station, Units 1, 2 and 3 By letter dated September 25, 1987 you submitted for NRC review and approval requests for relief from performing pressure testing of certain valves. You requested that the reliefs.for Unit 1 be approved by November 3, 1987 and for Unit 2 by April 28, 1988. Although your submittal will receive appropriate priority, we find that the complexity and significance of these reliefs do not provide for.review completion consistent with November 3, 1987 or April 28, 1988.
