ENVIRONMENTAL QUALIFICATION OF SAFETY-RELATED ELECTRICA EQUIPMENT -
HEARING REQUEST Our letter of January 16, 1981 proposed that we hold your request of December 3, 1980, on the subject, in abeyance until thirty (30) days after the issuance of the Safety Evaluations.
Your letter of January 30, 1981 accepted our proposal.
We have recently issued these Safety Evaluations.
Since the Evaluations allow a ninety-(90) day licensee response time, we will extend the thirty (30) day abey-ance_,period of our letter of January 16, 1981 to ninety (90) days.
Please inform us within ninety (90) days of the issuance of the Safety Evaluation for the facility, whether you intend to pursue your hearing request. If you request a hearing, please advise us of the specific issues you wish to raise in the proceeding.
