This refers to your October 29, 1980 letter, for approval of the primary route as requested in your March 17, 1980 letter, for shipments of Oconee spent fuel to the Babcock & Wilcox Lynchburg Research Center.
The review of the request was completed November 26, 1980.
In accordance with fee Category F (Special Projects) and Footnote 4 of Section 170.21 of the enclosed Part 170, we have reviewed the manpower expenditures required for review of the subject request, and the actual cost of the review is $38 (1 man-hour @ $38/m-hr.).
We have, therefore, notified the NRC Office of the Controller to issue your Company an invoice for the fee.
