Your October 30, 1979 letter to Harold Denton responded to our letter to you of September 17, 1979 requesting a commitment _s to the method used to demonstrate conformance with the provisions of 40 CFR Part 190.

As a followup to your October 30, 1979 response, I would like to call to your attention that the report required by Technical Specification 3.9.1 and/or 3.10.1 in Appendix A of Licenses Nos. DPR-38, DPR-47 and DPR-55 should include a dose assessment that il1ustrates the extent of conformance or variance with 40 CFR Part 190.
